TOP MESSAGE

I entered the long-term care sector at the age of 17 as a full-time employee at a nursing home. During that time, I was assigned to support a 96-year-old woman living with dementia and witnessed other staff members abusing her. She later passed away. At her wake, when I looked into the casket, I made a solemn vow: “I will change the long-term care sector.”

At the age of 20, I founded “Home-Visit Care Monogatari” in Kashiba City, Nara Prefecture (then the youngest founder on record). Through those experiences, I came to recognize—firsthand—challenges such as limited operational literacy among some care providers and structural inconsistencies within the Long-Term Care Insurance system. With a conviction that we must design and uphold welfare services that reflect their original purpose, and that social welfare should be aligned with global standards, I established this company to advance support, research, and practical implementation.

Our corporate philosophy is: “Supporting global social welfare through the resolution of essential challenges.”

Drawing on extensive management KPIs and trend forecasts obtained through daily consulting engagements and statistical research, we provide evidence-based consulting services to long-term care providers and related stakeholders.

We aim to contribute to the strengthening of Japan by promoting the development and diffusion of better social welfare systems—across Japan and, ultimately, worldwide.
